What is it that takes you back into the inner folds of clarity and connection to Source energy?

When is it that you find yourself distant or at odds with your purpose driven life?

There are times when each may feel a ‘disconnect’ from where we ought to be, yet it is all about what we choose to do with this information/awareness that set us apart.

When you stand there on that mountain that seems to have separated you from the others around you, ask yourself ‘where has my connection to Source energy gone?’

For it is at times like these we can see that the loneliness or doubt shines a light into an area where improvements can be made. There is a need for relating in the relationships between the Source and us. At the first signs of distress, take the moment to reestablish that inner link to our Great Creator. In doing so you make this a better world for all!

How quickly the door to our hearts opens

The shortest journey we will ever make is the one that takes our awareness out of our heads and into our hearts. Taking this path has additional side effects including a decrease in judgmental thoughts both about ourselves and others, a decrease in stress with all the benefits which accompany it, and bringing us back to an awareness of the love that has always surrounded and protected us.

Where to begin such an adventure made in the company of divine friends, start by taking a moment to simply breathe. Take in air allowing it to travel down into your belly which too relaxes and expands; imagining if you will, that this life giving oxygen travels in through your nose all the way down and out the bottoms of your feet. All the while your conscious focus stays on your body, your breath verse the thoughts that desperately want to distract your attention. Let these distractions go (after all your mind really wants to maintain the center of attention, a definite sign it needs to be dethroned).

It is time to allow your awareness to enter into your heart space acknowledging the strength and guidance. There is more to this existing than meets our eyes. Trust that by living and breathing through this process there will and are opportunities that have previously escaped us. Now, as we allow our consciousness to expand we will discover that we have never been alone, the door has opened.

With practice the transition from the mind and into the heart can become as easy as turning on a light switch.
May expansion be the healing balm that awakens you on your journey.

Truth in the Present Moment

Within all things lies the truth.

When we step up to a particular situation and look at it directly, a bit emotionally detached, we can look upon our role in things with a new light. The question is are we willing to take the time, look for the truth and create the space necessary to learn more about ourselves.

You, I and everyone tend to walk through our lives in a state of a waking dream. Don’t you agree that the time has come for us actively participate? How many times have you simply responded to the people around you almost out of habit not even remembering the exchange nor drive to work? What about interacting with others out of how we decided they were due to our past exchanges and failing to recognize and meet who they are today in this moment. How can we take things for granted? This entire dream like state that has us acting on autopilot, now is the time to awaken.

Begin by choosing to awaken, shake the dream state from your view, and step one foot out of the whirl wind of the illusion.
Interactions with others may appear differently when we set aside past judgments and meet the situation fully at hand because things become clearer, crisper and even a little exciting given our full awareness. The mundane becomes an interaction with possibilities with unforeseen outcomes. After all the illusion brought with it our false sense of control, when we only really get to control ourselves and our responses, awoken we get to see our partners, children or parents completely different without the old stuff we attach to them. How freeing it is both for us and them. This kind of interaction expressed in a heartfelt safe way verse selfish or self serving, is subtle with profound side effects.

Keep faith if the others around you appear asleep, dulled or even out of touch, because this is the nature of things until they too use their free will to awaken and meet you fully too. Remember that you are setting for them the great example and by your unexpected awareness, so shall they be shaken from their slumber and into the awakening of the moment & the truth waiting there.

Unworthiness

Each of us has an amazing direct connection with the ultimate True Source, yet for some unknown reason we actually get in its way through an overwhelming sense of unworthiness. It’s one thing to make that horrible decision to turn your back on God which is clear, but is a whole another thing to sadly close ones self off from the Light out of a sense of unworthiness.

It is such states that it is most difficult to reach someone, out of their gloom of loneliness they push away servants of the Divine Source unable to even listen to their words of encouragement. They are trapped in a downward spiral that lends itself to further separation from those around them which might lend support.

We all need the gifts that these beautiful and sensitive souls carry. They are of the highest value and none can be spared, but how do you reach such a precious jewel as these that are locked inside away from the world that continues on around them?

With patient constant love and support, this is what will help the frighten bird inside of them to be helped to be set free. For them it is a simple thought or prayer toward wanting help, an acceptance that maybe they do not have to do it all alone, and a small step out of the whirl wind of fear that has kept them hostage for far too long which will help to set them free. For any genuine authentic request for help will not be denied. The great thing is that through recognizing that they are of value and opening up to allow the flow of Love through them that the world becomes a better place.

We each in turn can better go about the work we need to do because we have another partner working toward this Greatest Good, and as one heals they influence another and another causing the ripple effect to continue onward.

This day thereby becomes the first day of the rest of your life, take the time to recognize the soul within the other people you meet for in doing this you help change the world.

There was a plan made, a goal to run a race. The training was put in and the day arrived to participate. It was a race to see who would cross the finish first and for each to perform their own personal best. Afterwards as we turn back we see that we were actually all just running together on a beautiful day. This is the way that life is, the illusion of the living seems so real yet if we take a step back we can actually appreciate the beauty and the companionship that accompanies us along our journey.

Today is a great day to take a moment to appreciate the other souls in your life and the beauty of the place that you find yourself.

It truly is about listening, taking the time and leaving space open to hear what is shared. There are many things that are important to understand and comprehend yet it is almost more important to allow room for the possibility of wisdom to be imparted.

How often do we come across someone that is closed to an idea?

How would it have been to have discovered the truth that the world is round when it to almost a century later for this to become a commonly accepted idea?

How often are we closed to learning something new?

There are teachers all around us willing to share, the question is are we ready and willing to listen.

What does it mean when you begin to realize that you are living a dream?
It is like waking from a deep slumber and realizing all the stuff around you that was so important is simply an illusion. That valued picture is just stuff that holds such little True value. Recognizing that the petty grudges or judgments you hold against another are no longer worth all that energy you are giving to them, and it is time to let them all go. It’s a slice of freedom, of peace, of heaven.

What happens when you recognize that the other people around you are sleep walking through their days?
It is an opportunity to hold a piece of compassion for the greater person who they Truly are. It is a chance allow them a glimpse at the peace you carry. By letting go of a need to change them by simply accepting who they are right now, you give them a great gift.

What separates us when we are awake is our willingness to fully step into the present moment and feel what we feel fully in the moment, hear what we are thinking, breathe, experience the centering, and take the opportunity to consider before responding or not responding. Afterall, WE are the ones we have been waiting for, and We are all in this together!

Love Knows No Bounds

Love sees no borders and leaves none behind.

There are ways into the future that few have been able to make the trip. The way is clear, the path foretold. All know it is for their best interest, though few are courageous enough to make the journey.

Trust you can make it, know you travel with company, we ride with you down this path of surrender. It is the path the righteous may travel to experience the living revelation unfold before their eyes.

While no one is perfect, we can all continue to try and with courage step further down the path of self discovery and come to understand that united together we stand - one mind, one Truth.

Rise above the illusion that holds you slave to hate and fear. Reach beyond that which you have known and come to see the dawn of a new day. One where Truth and Love reign supreme about all else. For it is with those whom we most cherish that we will begin to understand that there is more to the illusion of the every day. More to understand that just the way of the bills we need to pay.

Stop putting ones faith in the dollar that you can raise and begin to see the Truth that shall forever more set you free. Love is all there is- rise above the illusions that keep you dormant and know that spark of Light that resides within you and all others. Allow yourself to gravitate toward this Truth and it shall help you rise out of the doom that keeps you bound in the illusion of all things that surround you.

There is more to things than meets the eye, much more. Have you in fact considered all the events that take place in support of the life you live and that maintenance of its illusion. Many are those that work effortlessly to serve your experience. Perhaps today you can reward them by taking the step toward understanding and compassion from not being able to see and toward seeing.

It is the shortest journey you will ever make. For home is here within you now. The journey home, your True home, resides within you now. Stop running all around, take the time instead to sit, listen and watch the monkey thoughts swinging through your head. Just wait, sit as consciousness dawns into your understanding. Wanting to see, to truly see the Truth and clarity all around you. Patience is something we can all work towards, as is focused thought.

Be courageous enough to know the boundlessness of the Love that resides with you always and begin to see this in others. Some times we will forget or even miss step as will the others around you. This too is part of the journey, breathe in and remember to exhale out the experiences that whirl around you. The time is now and the place is here. Breathe and Know the vastness of Love.
